Using a Corner Bathtub

As they say, the bathroom is the most personal and private part of one’s house and a corner bathtub can add a lot to your home.

If you go to one’s house, do not make conclusions about the situation of the family living in there just because you see their living room and bedrooms. Whenever we have guests, we all know that we fix things up in the bedroom and in the living room. So if that is neat and nice, it may not be because they are naturally so.

You have to look at one’s bathroom in order to see who they really are. Bathroom is a very private place where you go in alone so you do not have any inhibitions whenever you go in there. So you design your bathroom in such a way that you will be comfortable whenever you are there. You make the most personal choices when it comes to bathroom design.

But as much as you would want a very personal bathroom, there are still constraints that will always keep you from having the bathroom that you want. The two main constraints are the space and cost. No matter how much you want to have a very comfortable bathroom, you have to live within your means. But that does not mean that you have to compromise comfort. If you are creative enough, you can still have a nice bathing experience in a small bathroom without having to shell out lots of money.

Choosing a Corner Bathtub

If you do not have enough space in your bathroom, you might want to get a corner bathtub instead of an oval one. Corner bathtub is ideal for small spaces because it is smaller than the oval one. Not only that, a corner bathtub is usually cheaper than the oval bathtub. So you might want to consider corner bathtubs if you do not have that much money.

Yes, corner bathtub may not give you the full tub experience since you cannot stretch out your body the way you do in your usual bathtub. But, that compromise is very much compensated with the other things that you can do with the added space you got from choosing a small bathtub.

You can even install a shower above it so you won’t have to move if you want to rinse. You can also add furniture around it especially plants. Plants are ideal since they give you that zen feel plus you can move them around if you have to. A corner bathtub with a window above it to a garden is as ideal as you can get!
